Michael Oren Design operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Michael Oren Design is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Access and Accounts
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Our Products
All items sold by Michael Oren Design are made to order. Photos and renderings on our website are provided for general reference only and may differ from the final delivered product. Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, and wood vary in tone, veining, grain, and color. These variations are inherent and not considered defects.
While we strive for high quality and excellent craftsmanship, minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of handcrafted and natural materials. We do not guarantee perfection and products are provided as-is, with the expectation that they will function as intended.
Michael Oren Design is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any third-party brands, designers, or companies. Any resemblance in style is coincidental or based on general design trends.
We reserve the right to modify product details or discontinue items at any time.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. An order is not binding until we confirm it and receive full payment. Orders are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled or modified once production begins.
Returns are only accepted in cases of meaningful defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage. We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a defect. Natural variations as described above do not qualify for return or refund.
Production & Shipping
All items are made to order. Production timelines vary and may take up to 12 weeks. Shipping may require an additional 5–10 weeks depending on destination and logistics partners. All delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.
Prices and Billing
Prices are shown in USD and do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees unless specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or discounts at any time.
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Warranty
We offer a limited one-year warranty for structural defects and workmanship. This warranty excludes natural variations, wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused during customer handling or installation.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty service, including replacements.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, designs, logos, and product information—is owned by Michael Oren Design or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Use of our site does not grant any license or right to use our intellectual property.

This includes, without limitation, any claims resulting from the installation, mounting, handling, hanging, unpacking, or use of our products in a home or commercial space. You are solely responsible for ensuring that products are properly installed by licensed professionals in accordance with local building codes and safety requirements.
We are not responsible for any damage to real property, personal belongings, furnishings, or inventory, nor any injuries to adults, children, pets, or others for any reason.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.
